MetaMask – Ethereum Browser Extension
MetaMask, an extension for the Ethereum browser that allows users to view the Ethereum blockchain directly from their browser. The extension allows the user perform Ethereum transactions within their browser.
How does it work?
MetaMask adds Ethereum’s Javascript API to any website. The extension can read information stored in the Blockchain when you visit a web page. The information includes the Ethereum addresses and associated balances, the Ethereum address of each wallet, the balance of the contract address, and the number of transactions performed.
Signing up creates a wallet in MetaMask clients. Users can move tokens from one address to another, transfer funds, and withdraw money between wallets.
